Great staff, and great service! Have been using them for the last year and they have helped us greatly settle in and get used to maintaining our pool and hot-tub.

When we first moved into our new place, I had been filling the pool fairly frequently. Came into the shop to look at some product solutions and right away the staff identified that the pool probably had a leak and scheduled an appointment to inspect.

When the crew arrived they quickly tested the pool and were able to identify and come up with a temporary solution to stop the leak.

Will be using their services for sure in the future!

The most amazing and honest service ever! We had a mystery leak with our pool that we couldn’t find. Michelle was awesome at guiding us when we tried to solve the issue ourselves, and when we weren’t able to, she was kind enough to accommodate us with a quick service appointment.

I went to a pool store in Pickering, that told me I needed over $400 worth of chemicals after testing my water.

I went to Colonial …and they tested my water….and said the water was great.  No chemicals needed.  That was 2 years ago.  I only go to Colonial now.

We get all of our pool chemicals and supplies here. They have also done repairs, installed a winter cover, a new liner for us, and they open and close our pool. They do it all!

I called Colonial Pools today on more then one occasion asking for service regarding my hot tub. I had the pleasure of speaking to Dawn.

Dawn was patient, courteous and very easy to talk too, she made my shopping experience wonderful.
